FORGE

Delete your Forge account

In the app

  1. Open Forge and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE, re-enter your password, and confirm. If you sign in with Google and have no password, sign in with Google again when asked, then confirm within 10 minutes.

You can also do it on this page: sign in, then come back here. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password first, or email support@forgesplit.app from the address on the account.

What is deleted

  • Your account: email, name, password hash, any linked Google sign-in, sign-in sessions on every device.
  • Your settings (for example your training split).
  • All synced training, fuel, bodyweight and progress data.
  • Pending password-reset and verification links.
  • The workout log stored in the browser you delete from.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Server backups that still contain it expire within BACKUP_RETENTION_TBD.

What is kept

Purchase records (Google Play order id, purchase token, product, amount, date, status) are detached from your account, so they no longer identify you in Forge, and are kept only for refund, chargeback and fraud records for PURCHASE_RECORD_RETENTION_TBD. Google keeps its own record of the purchase under your Google account, so you can restore your lifetime purchase on a new Forge account.

A one-way hash of your email address and your free-trial dates, so a new account with the same email doesn’t get a second free trial. We don’t keep the email itself. Kept for TRIAL_TOMBSTONE_RETENTION_TBD.
